This is done in order to keep the physicians informed of current developments/therapies/research within the field of Speech-Language Pathology.
The Halton Hills Speech Centre also believes that parent education is key to delivery of service. We feel that the better informed parents can be regarding speech and language development disorders, the earlier problems will be identified and remediated. The Halton Hills Speech Centre implements this by offering public workshops which are held at the Centre or in local daycares.
